When a paranoid schizophrenic killer escapes from an asylum and resumes his bloody spree, it unleashes chaos on a quiet Catholic college campus. Freshly hired sociology instructor Julie Parker thinks her new teaching job is a fresh start until the murders pile up around her, turning classmates and colleagues into mutilated corpses. As paranoia grips the school and red herrings fly, Julie's suspicions zero in on those closest to her, building to a deranged showdown with a zealot hiding in plain sight who is determined to make the campus his final killing ground.
