Pre-orders

Payment for pre‑orders is taken at the time of checkout. Pre‑orders ship after release and may arrive after the listed date due to international supply and shipping timelines.
All items ordered together will ship once all items are in stock. To receive items as they arrive, separate orders must be placed.
Pre‑orders may be modified prior to fulfillment where possible. Pre‑order cancellations are permitted; however, cancellations are issued as store credit only.
If a pre‑order cannot be fulfilled due to supplier shortages, allocation changes, or cancellation by the distributor, the affected item will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
Product artwork, specifications, and release dates are subject to change.

Release Dates

The dates listed in product descriptions reflect the release dates in their respective countries. Due to international shipping from the USA and the UK to Australia, these dates are subject to change. Items may arrive 1–2 weeks after the listed release date.

Shipping

In‑stock orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 days of order placement. Pre‑orders are processed within 1–2 days of receiving stock.
Australia Post is used for all shipments. Items are packaged in boxes and sent with tracking.
Shipping is currently available to Australian addresses only.
Pre‑orders are subject to the Pre‑Order Policy outlined above.

Damaged or incorrect items

In the event of a damaged or incorrect item, contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If damage occurred during shipment, photographic evidence of the damage must be provided, including images of the damaged shipping box.
Some slipcovers and box sets may exhibit normal shelf or shipping wear. Minor imperfections such as light creases, light folds, light scuffs, or slight corner wear are considered normal and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Returns

A 30‑day return window applies, allowing return requests within 30 days of receiving an item.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Items must be securely packaged in a cardboard box with bubble wrap, preferably using the original shipping box, to prevent damage during return transit. Damaged return items will not be accepted.
Refunds do not include original shipping costs for undamaged items returned due to change of mind.
Opened items with exterior cosmetic issues visible when sealed are not eligible for refund.
Items with a plastic seal that is partially torn, broken, or loose are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Region encoding

Customer equipment compatibility must be confirmed before purchase. Returns will not be accepted for discs that do not function due to region encoding restrictions. This applies to Blu‑ray and some 4K UHD releases.
