Black Friday specifics

Due to the volume of orders, shipping will start after the sale has ended and will take a few days longer than usual.

Release Dates

The dates listed in our product descriptions reflect the release dates in their respective countries. Due to international shipping from the USA and the UK to Australia, these are subject to change. You could receive your item 1-2 weeks before or after the listed date.

Shipping

We typically process and prepare in-stock orders for shipping 1-2 days of receiving the order. Pre-orders will be processed 1-2 days after receiving stock. All pre-orders within an order will be shipped once all items are in stock. In cases where other in-stock items are included in the same order, they will be shipped together. If immediate shipping of in-stock items is preferred, kindly place pre-orders separately.

We use Australia Post for all our shipments. Items will be packaged in boxes and sent with tracking.

Currently, we only offer shipping services to addresses within Australia.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in a cardboard box with bubble wrap, preferably in the original shipping box, to prevent any damage during the return transit. Please note that damaged return items will not be accepted.

Refunds will not include the original shipping costs for undamaged items returned due to a change of mind.

Additionally, we will not refund opened merchandise that has exterior cosmetic issues visible when sealed.

Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange merchandise where the plastic seal is partially torn or coming off.

Damaged or incorrect items

In the event of a damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. If the item sustained damage during shipment, please provide us with photos displaying the damage, along with images of the damaged shipping box.

It is important to note that while we strive to provide you with the best quality products, some slipcovers and box sets may exhibit normal shelf and shipping wear. We regret that minor imperfections such as light creases, light folds, light scuffs, and slight corner wear will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, as these are typical for such items.

Region encoding

Please be aware of your player's multi-region capabilities or lack thereof. We will not accept returns if your disc won't work due to region discrepancies. This is beginning to affect some 4K releases also.
